About The Company
O50C is proud to be partnering with one of the largest Estate Functions within London whom are recruiting for a Facilities Manager, reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for the delivery of soft and hard Facilities Management across a cluster of properties throughout the London region and providing a well maintained, safe, secure, clean, compliant and efficient environment. The position will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the national FM strategy and standards ensuring they are delivered consistently locally. The Facilities Manager will have a team accountable for health, safety and security for their designated buildings.

We're Looking For
- Approachable
- Detail orientated
- Experience working within a FM position and managing teams
- Exposure to managing fire safety equipment within a property environment
- Exposure to projects from the onset through to completion
- Strong knowledge of building Heating and AV ventilation
- Must have line management experience
- Must be able to drive a manual car
