Warehouse Manager
An experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing woman’s lifestyle brand or all things glitter, crystal, and bling.
The brand has attracted attention from influencers, leading to successful collaborations with renowned celebrities and social media personalities who appreciate their glamorous aesthetic. The exclusive range of sparkling products have been available in big stores such as World Duty Free, Debenhams, TK Maxx.. The role involves being responsible for all customer orders, managing returns and liaising with suppliers on intake as well a dispatch.
To lead a team of 3 permanent warehouse staff plus temporary staff when needed throughout the year
Important: You must have a valid UK Drivers License and Vehicle

We're Looking For
- Order processing and managing returns process.
- Manage inventory
- To ensure procedures are followed daily to maximise efficiency
- To review procedures regularly to make sure best practice
- To manage stock levels / stock ordering / liaising with suppliers
- To manage packaging requirements and maintain minimum levels at all times
- To ensure warehouse is configured to maximise efficiency
- Working closely with other departments – customer services, accounts, marketing/content
- Desirable – experience of Linnworks and Shopify
Key Desirable
- Linnworks – implement locations , scanning systems , improved returns process.
- Must be methodical with attention to detail and a proven record of staff management
- Have previous experience
